the staff - helpful and flexible. had good stay and received wake up calls for free, a nice bonus. the bed was comfortable, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dining area were useful. bathroom was modern, had a tub. it was located in an lovely area right by restaurant and truc bach lake and mini shops and restaurants,.

Rooms were so clean and bright, the location was absolutely great! A very comfortable break in the historic part of Hanoi. I liked that the laundry staff was SO HELPFUL. Got private bathroom with a bathtub.
